摘要
要提高冷挤压产品的质量、提高材料利用率、提高模具寿命、减少锤击次数、节约能源、缩短产品开发周期,必须提高冷挤压模具设计的科学性。模拟技术可以用来优化设计方案,降低生产成本,保证设计的合理性。通过实例分析介绍了DEFORM-3D软件在载荷计算、应力应变分布、缺陷分析和预防、流线查看等方面的应用。
To improve the quality of cold extrusion products, increase material utilization, improve die life, reduce hammering times and energy conservation, shorten the development cycle of product, the scientific of cold extrusion dies in design must be improved. Simulation technology can be used to optimize the design program of dies, reduce production costs, and ensure the rationality of the die design. The applications of DEFORM-3D software were introduced by examples in load calculation, stress and strain distribution, defect analysis and prevention, stream line view, etc.
