摘要
针对铝合金轮毂低压铸造模具的维修中,用手工方法重锤敲击拆卸顶杆板和换浇口保温杯时容易造成底板损坏、又增加工人劳动的强度的问题,设计了1种拆卸用的专用工装。该工装能够改善因手工方法带来的缺陷和不便。
Aimed at the problems of prone to damage of base plate in removing ejector plates and gate insulation cups with manual methods of hammer percussion in the maintenance of low-pressure casting dies and increasing the strength of the labor, a special tools was designed. The tools can improve defects and inconvenience due to manual methods.
