摘要
在中频感应电炉熔炼条件下浇注了4种化学成分的QT700-2A铸件,并对其进行正火处理。结果表明,4种化学成分的铸件正火后抗拉强度都可提升约300 MPa,达到700 MPa以上。当铁液中Mn、Cu合金含量处于较高水平时,铸件容易产生裂纹、缩松缺陷。铁液成分的最佳选择是w(%):3.65~3.8 C,0.3~0.4 Mn,0.4~0.5 Cu。
QT700-2A castings with four kinds of chemical composition were produced in the condition of medium frequency induction furnace melting and normalizing treatment. The results show that the tensile strength of the castings of four kinds of chemical composition can be enhanced by about 300 MPa, reach 700 MPa more after normalizing treatment. When the content of Mn, Cu alloy elements in liquid iron is at a high level, the castings are prone to cracking, shrinkage defects. The best choice of liquid iron components (mass %) is 3.65 - 3.8 C, 0.3 - 0.4 Mn, 0.4 - 0.5 Cu.
