摘要 利用华铸CAE软件对铸钢支架本体凝固过程进行模拟分析,找出孤立液相区,确定最佳补缩位置。根据模拟分析结果,结合残余熔体的变化过程,对铸件浇注系统、冒口和冷铁位置进行设计。对新铸造工艺方案模拟结果显示,铸件无明显缩孔、缩松。某耐磨铸造厂采用该工艺方案生产出了满足质量要求的铸件。 HZCAE software was used for simulation analysis of the solidification process of support bracket casting of steel to iliad isolated liquid zones and to determine the probable best feeding points, and then the gating system, riser and chill system were optimally designed based on the results of the simulation analysis. The practice shows that the new designed casting process scheme is reasonable and suitable for production, finally good quality support bracket castings are obtained.
