Study on X-ray Plain Films of the Teardrop Shadow of the Pelvis in Adults

目的 :探讨我国成人骨盆X线平片形成的特征性泪滴影。材料和方法 :分析 5 0 0例正常成人骨盆X线平片泪滴影。结果 :成人泪滴显示率为 95 4% ;可分为“V”形 (1 91% )、“U”形 (4 6 % )、“泪”形 (91 8% )、“杵”形 (1 7% )四种。泪滴线一般粗约 1～ 2mm ;泪滴影多与髂骨坐骨线重叠 ,两侧可不对称。结论 :泪滴影正常变异范围较大 。

Purpose: To evaluate X ray plain films of the teardrop shadow of the pelvis in the Chinese adults. Materials and Methods: The author had studied plain films of the teardrop shadow of the pelvis in 500 adults. Results: The showing rate of the teardrop shadow was 95.4%. There were four shapes: “V”(1.9%), “U”(4.6%), “Teardrop”(91.8%), “chu”(1.7%). The teardrop line was 1～2mm wide; and it overlaped the line of iliac with ischium. The shape could be unsymmetrically on both side. Conclusion: The teardrop shadow has different kinds widely in normal. If you couldn't know it, it is easy to be misdiagnosed.
