摘要
目的 :改进二维图像的描述和存储方式。材料和方法 :用基于边界点链码的数据结构 (线段表 )来描述和存储二维图像。结果 :利用改进后的二维图像的存储形式可快速确定图像的位置、中心点和主轴等几何参数 ,进而完成配准、融合等图像处理工作。结论 :本文提出的这种数据结构不仅可用于脑二维图像的配准 ,而且对其它二维图像的定量形态学计算也有效 。
Porpuse We want to improve the method to describe and store the image. Material and Method: In this paper, we try to describe and store the image using a data structure, interval list, which was based on the Freeman Chain Code of the image′s boundary. Result: We can speedly calculate the image′s position, center point, and principal axis, et al. Then we can finish the image registration and fusion using the geometry parameter above. Conclusion: The method of this data structure is not only used finishing the image registration, but also used doing the other quantitative morphology image operation. Furthermore, it can greatly cut down the size of memories and decrease the operation time.
