平痤玉容冲剂的研制及临床应用

Manufacturing of “Ping Cuo Yu Rong” medicinal granular and its clinical studies

开发疗效好、安全可靠的治疗痤疮新药物。方法 对平痤玉容冲剂进行急性、长期毒性实验观察 ,平痤玉容冲剂治疗组和红霉素治疗组进行临床疗效观察 ,并分别于治疗前后检测患者的血浆激素水平、皮脂溢出程度。结果 实验组的血睾酮 (T)、性激素结合蛋白 (SHBG)、皮脂溢出程度治疗前后差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血雌二醇 (E2 )治疗前后无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。对照组的血雌二醇 (E2 )、睾酮 (T)、性激素结合蛋白 (SHBG)、皮脂溢出程度治疗前后差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组疗效比较 ,平痤玉容冲剂组明显优于红霉素组 (χ2 =2 8.12 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 平痤玉容冲剂安全范围大、疗效好 。

Purpose To develope newly reliable medicine to treat acne and to observe its clinical outcome.Methods 237 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The observed group was treated with “Ping Cuo Yu Rong” medicinal granular” and the control group treated with erythromycin.The level of plasma hormone and degree of seborrhea were measured.Results Before and after therapy blood testis(T),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG) and degree of seborrhea were significantly different in observed group(P<0.05),but there was no remarkable change of estradiol(E2)(P>0.05),while in control group the differences of blood testis(T),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG),degree of seborrhea and estradiol(E2) were not significant.ConclusionThe effect treated with “Ping Cuo Yu Rong” medicinal granular was significantly superior to that of control group,so it is valuable to spread the use of “Ping Cuo Yu Rong” medicinal granular which has wide scope of saftey and better effect.
