摘要
信号转导和转录活化因子3(STAT3)参与细胞增殖、分化、存活、凋亡、转化、细胞免疫等重要的生理病理过程。JAK–STAT信号通路是STAT3众多信号通路中最直接和研究较为深入的通路。研究发现,在肿瘤中普遍存在STAT3的异常活化,STAT3的异常活化与肿瘤的形成密切相关。最近的研究提示,STAT3基因突变或单核苷酸多态性可能也参与了肿瘤的形成。STAT3在肿瘤形成中具有重要作用,本文就STAT3在肿瘤形成中的作用做一简要综述。
Signai "transducerand activator of transcription 3(STAT3 ) take part in cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, apoptosis, transformation, cellular immunity and some other important physiological and pathological processes. Among STAT3 signaling pathways, the JAK-STAT signaling pathway has been comprehensively studied. Abnormal activation of STAT3 is frequently detected in various tumors, and the abnormal activation is closely related with the tumorigenesis. Recent studies have found that mutations and several specific genotypes of single nucleotide polymorphisms in STAT3 gene may be involved in tumor formation, also suggesting the important role of STAT3 in tumor biology. In this review, the role of STAT3 in the development of tumors is briefly summarized.
