肺纤维化合并肺气肿综合征值得关注 被引量：6

摘要 人们往往认为，肺纤维化[包括特发性肺纤维化（IPF）和特发性间质性肺炎]与肺气肿在临床和病理学特征等方面是截然不同的两种肺部疾病。如IPF与肺气肿各自有其鲜明的特点：肺气肿的发病率明显高于IPF，病理改变为终末细支气管或1级呼吸性细支气管管壁增厚、管腔狭窄，其远端的2级呼吸性细支气管或所属终末肺组织囊状扩张、肺泡壁破坏和融合，肺功能改变主要为不完全可逆性气流受限所致肺过度充气状态，
