Thinking of Acceleration of the Anti-corruption System from the Constitutional Perspective

反腐败重在权力制约和监督,这势必要求以权力制约为己任的宪法予以积极回应。总体而言,反腐体系建设与现行宪法体制是兼容的,合理开发利用现行宪法中的反腐资源,反腐败的制度阻力会最小。切实发挥宪法的反腐功能,必须落实各项公民的政治权利和自由,深化市场取向的经济体制改革,强化各项权力制约机制。

The focus of the anti-corruption lies in the power restriction and supervision, which requires the positive response of the Chinese constitution. In general, the anti-corruption system construction and the current constitutional system are compatible. If the anti-corruption resources of the current constitution are rationally used, there will be minimum institutional obstruction. In order to exert the anti-corruption functions of the constitution, the citizens＇ political rights and freedom should be guaranteed, the market-oriented economic system reform should be deepened, and the power restraint mechanism should be strengthened.
