摘要
利用悬挂滴方法研究居贝特醇十六烷基聚氧乙烯醚羟丙基羧酸甜菜碱(C16G(EO)3PB)的表面扩张流变性质,考察时间、表面压、工作频率及体相浓度对扩张模量和相角的影响.研究发现:与传统表面活性剂不同,C16G(EO)3PB分子在表面膜内的重排过程是其最为重要的特征;其性质主要由膜内分子的行为决定,扩散交换的作用可以忽略;表面膜的粘性来自膜内过程,相角大于45°.
The surface dilational rheological properties of guerbet alcohol hexadecyl polyoxyethylene glycidyl ether glycine betaine (C16G (EO)3PB) are investigated by drop shape analysis. The influences of ageing time, surface pressure, dilational frequency and bulk concentration on surface dilational modulus and phase angle are expounded. It is found that the surface re-arrangement process is the most important behavior for CI6G (EO)3PB, which is different from traditional surfactants. The nature of adsorption film is determined by in-surface processes and the diffusion-exchange process become noticeable. The viscosity of film can be attributed to in-surface processes and the value of phase angle can reach above 45 °.
