基于地质特性的长螺旋钻机提升功率的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为合理选择长螺旋钻机的提升力和提升功率,实现动力头和提升绞车参数的合理控制,在研究回转提升方式下的土壤运动规律基础上,根据地基土的地质特性,借助于土壤动力学和功率平衡原理,研究了提升过程中的钻具系统力学行为和能耗,推导出在回转提升方式下的提升功率的计算公式。通过基于岩土工程勘测报告提供的地质参数的提升功率仿真,研究了提升速度、动力头回转速度对提升功率的影响规律。最后进行了现场实验研究,实验结果与理论计算之间的误差在1%以内,表明所建立理论公式的正确性。所建立的计算方法可用于长螺旋钻机能否入场的判定及长螺旋提升系统合理控制的基础。 In order to reasonably select pulling force and pulling power for drill of long srew drilling machine and achieve reasonable control of rotary power head and pulling drill winch, the mechanics behavior in the process of drilling tool system and power consumption was studied and a formulas for the power in the rotary pulling drilling mode to drill was deduced by studying soil movement rule during the pulling process geological characteristics of foundation soil and with the aid of soil dynam- ics and power balance principle. The effects of drill pulling speed and rotational speed on pulling power was analyzed via the drill pulling simulation based on geological parameters provided by the geotechnical survey report. Finally, field experiment studies were carried out to validate the simula- tion result. It was found that the error between the experimental results and theoretical calculations was less than 1%. The established calculation method could be used for evaluating the working function of long screw drill and for reference of choosing control scheme of long screw drill pulling system.
