摘要
《周易》具有极为深刻的积极人格心理学思想,集中体现在对君子人格素养的概括及其形成途径的探讨。在《周易》中,君子的人格素养主要有10项:仁爱、正义、知礼、知几、自强、谨慎、谦虚、诚信、持之以恒、勇敢。君子人格素养的形成途径以"感应万物"为前提,以"反身修己"为根本。具体的培养方法有5种:进行心性修养、坚持知识学习、加强情绪管理、磨砺坚强意志、养成良好习惯。《周易》强调"自我决定"的重要性与积极心理学的主张不谋而合;它将君子人格的形成置于"天人合一"框架之下的主张具有中国传统的文化特色,对本土的积极人格教育有一定的启发和借鉴作用。
There are two aspects of profound thoughts of positive psychology in Zhou Yi : the description of the traits of Jun Zi ( gentleman) and the path to cultivate them. The traits of Jun Zi presented in Zhou Yi can be concluded as ten items:benevolence, righteous- ness,courtesy,wisdom,self- strengthening,prudent,condescension,honesty and credit,perseverance,bravery. "Experiencing Nature" is the premise of effective cultivation, and "Self - cultivation" is the fundamental. Zhou Yi also contained five approaches to cultivate "Jun Zi" personality:holding regular inwardness reflection, insisting on knowledge study, taking good control of emotions, annealing will pow- er in hell, acquiring favorable habits. The core thoughts of "Self - decide" happened to have the same views with positive psychology, but obtaining special Chinese characteristics under the framework of " Tian Ren He Yi". The conception of "Jun Zi" personality in Zhou Yi had certain inspiration and reference to native positive personality education.
