皖江城市带经济一体化的关键——制造业产业结构分析与调整

Key of economic integration within wanjiang city belt——adjustment of manufacture industrial structure

经济一体化的关键和实质是产业结构的调整与互动,皖江城市带在承接长三角沿海发达地区产业转移上具有重要地位,区域经济一体化进程的加快,有利于促进皖江城市带分工水平的演进,促进优势产业的进一步发展壮大.因此,本文以制造业为例,分析皖江城市经济一体化现状,结果显示皖江城市带地区产业结构呈阶梯状特征,制造业结构有明显的地域分工,地方优势产业已初步形成,各地区的专业化分工水平有所上升.但同时存在部分产业集聚度低,产业的地区间转移受阻等现象.最后,提出以承接产业转移为契机,积极融入全球制造业价值链,对制造业产业进行调整,加快跨地区大型企业集团建立,构建科技创新平台等措施,以推进制造业产业的一体化发展的建议.

The key and essence of ecnomic integration is the adjustment and interaction of the industrial structure. Wanjiang City Belt plays an important role in undertaking industrial transfer in costal devel- oped areas of Yangtze River Delta. The acceleration of regional economic integration will promote the level of labor division and further development of competitive industries. Therefore, this article takes manufacturing as an example to analyze the status of economic intergration in Wanjiang City Belt. The results show that the industrial structure has a ladder-shape characteristic,manufacturing structure ob- tains obvious geographical division of labor, local advantage industry has preliminarily been formed and the grade of regional specialization has increased. However, some industrial accumulation degree is low and obstacles still exist in industrial regional transter. Finally,some suggestions are put forward to pro- mote the development Wanjiang Ctiy Belt, which include taking industrial transter as an opportunity to get fully involved in the value chain of global manufacturing industry, transforming manufacturing industry, establishing trans-regional enterprises and groups and building a platform for scientitic and tech- nological innovation.
