摘要
对于需要多个步进电机快速定位的系统来说,常规的控制算法在单片机控制系统中已不能满足需求。该文介绍了一种改进型的加减速曲线,通过和单片机系统的结合,在μC/OS-II操作系统下,用来提升步进电机的升降速度和定位精度。通过实验测试,证明该方法非常有效,已成功应用于实际的工程项目中。
When the system involve multiple stepping motors to rapidly locate,the conventional control algorithm can not meet the demand in MCU system. This paper introduces a kind of control algorithm based on the improved acceleration/deceleration curve and the combination of the MCU,with used μC/OS-II system to improv the lifting speed and positioning accuracy of the steepping motors. Through the experimental test,this method was very effective,has been successfully applied to the actual engineering project.
