智能型眼周脉冲治疗仪治疗干眼症临床观察

Clinical research on Intelligent Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus on xerophthalmia

目的研究智能型眼周脉冲治疗仪治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法将干眼症患者随机分为两组:治疗组40只眼和人工泪液组40只眼,分别采用脉冲治疗仪和人工泪液治疗。7 d为1疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。在治疗前和治疗后第7、14天各时间点检测并评定患者主观症状、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌功能和角膜染色4项,两组间均进行标准误分析和样本均数分析。结果治疗7 d后两组对干眼症治疗均有效果,与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。14 d后治疗组疗效优于人工泪液组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床研究结果显示,脉冲治疗和人工泪液治疗干眼症在第1疗程均有效,与人工泪液相比,第2疗程脉冲治疗的远期疗效优于人工泪液。脉冲治疗干眼症安全性好,治疗方便。

Objective To study the clinical effects of the Intelligent Pulse Therapeutic Appara- tus on xerophthalmia. Methods Xerophthalmia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： treat- ment group （40 eyes） teated with Intelligent Pulse Therapeutic Apparatas and the artificial tears group （40 eyes）. A treatment course was 7 days. After 2 courses efficacy was evaluated. Sub- jective symptoms, tear break-up time, tear secretion function, and corneal fluorescent staining were detected and evaluated respectively before treatment and after 7 days treatment and 14 days treatment. Standard error analysis and sample mean analysis of 2 groups were implemented. Results After 7 days treatment, 2 groups showed therapeutic effects. After 14 days treatment, treat- ment group had better effects than the artificial tears group. Conclusion Clinical results showed that the treatment of Intelligent Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus and the artificial tears both were effective in the first treatment course, but long-term effect of Intelligent Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus is far better than the artificial tears in the second treatment course. Pulse has good safety in the treat- ment of xerophthalmia, and it is convenient in hospital or at home.
