辨证施护在腰痛病临床运用中的体会

Clinical application of nursing care based on symptom differentiation in the lumbago disease

目的观察腰痛病患者应用辨证施护方法的临床效果。方法抽取60例腰痛病患者,将其分为常规组和干预组,平均每组30例。常规组患者治疗期间进行常规护理;干预组患者治疗期间进行辨证施护。结果干预组患者的腰痛病治疗效果明显优于常规组,存在不良反应的人数明显少于常规组,治疗结束后症状复发率明显低于常规组。结论中医辨证施护可明显提高腰痛患者的临床疗效。

Objective To analyse the effects of nursing care based on symptom differentiation on patients with lumbago disease. Methods 60 patients of lumbar pain were randomly divided in- to conventional group and intervention group with 30 cases in each group. Conventional group was given regular care while intervention group was given nursing care based on symp- tom differentiation. Results Curative effects of intervention group were obviously superior to the conventional group; the number of patients with adverse reaction in intervention group was less than that in conventional group; after treatment symptom recurrence rate in intervention group was significantly lower than in the conventional group. Conclusion Nursing care based on TCM symp- tom differentiation can promote the clinical effects in lumbago cases.
