摘要
研究了不同裂解液(SDS、4×CTAB和2×CTAB)和不同保存方式(4℃低温冷藏保存、硅胶干燥保存、室温保存)对云南松成熟针叶基因组总DNA提取质量的影响。结果表明,硅胶干燥保存及4×CTAB裂解液适用于云南松成熟针叶DNA的提取。该结果可为开展云南松分子生物学的研究奠定基础。
Different extraction buffer (SDS, 4×CTAB and 2×CTAB) and preservation conditions (4℃refrigeration, silica gel desiccant and room temperature storage) were compared in order to study the impacts of the total DNA extraction quality of mature needles of Pinus yunnanensis. The results showed that silica gel desiccant storage and 4×CTAB extraction buffer were suitable for the total DNA extraction of mature needles of P. yunnanensis. The results will afford a foundation for further research of P. yunnanensis in molecular biolology.
