摘要
组织气氛是现今国内组织行为学研究的一个热点,目前关于组织气氛的研究主要集中于三个领域:组织气氛定义、组织气氛维度、组织气氛与其他变量的关系。组织气氛今后的研究方向应该是:针对特定组织的组织气氛研究、针对某一特定的组织气氛构面的研究、针对组织气氛对员工绩效的影响机制研究、组织气氛研究的本土化。
The research on organizational climate is a hot topic in today' s China Organization Behavior Science. The research focuses on the three areas: its definition, its contents and its relation with the other sciences. The following researches on organizational climate should be strengthened in the future: the research on organizational climate of specific organization, the research on the dimension of certain organization, the research on the influence of organizational climate on employee performance and the localizing research on organizational climate.
