"以文化人"是文化的基本功能,不同的时代、不同的历史时期有不同的文化,不同的文化发挥着不同的化人功能。在市场经济和改革开放的新形势下,要使文化真正成为民族的血脉和人民的精神家园,就必须解决这么几个关键问题:一是拿什么化。要重视文化之"魂"的熔铸,消除以文化人方面存在的"一高二空"现象,使社会主义核心价值体系更加深入人心,最大限度地凝聚思想共识。二是化什么。要研究现实的人的新变化。三是怎么化。要把握以文化人的方法与路径,树立"化人"的自觉意识和主体意识,注重"化人"的载体建设。还要坚持"化人"的"三贴近"原则。
