摘要
在价值转化工程学的视野中,旅游资源开发的关键就是实现价值转化,旅游资源开发的基础理论就是旅游资源价值转化论。从旅游资源开发实践来看,旅游资源价值转化主要包括负价值向正价值转化、零价值向有价值转化、低价值向高价值转化、潜在价值向外显价值转化、单一价值向复合价值转化、微观价值向宏观价值转化六种类型,并遵循有限无限、最小最大、有形无形、符号创造、杠杆支点、眼球经济六大原理。
In the view of value transformation engineering, the key to tourism resources development is to realize value translormation, and the basic theory of tourism resource development can be expressed tourism resources value transformation theory. From the practical of tourist resources development view, tourism resources value transformation theory mainly includes six basic types, that is, transfor- ming negative value to the positive value, transforming zero value to positive value, transforming low value to high value, transforming potential value to the explicit value, transforming single value to composite value and transforming micro to macro value, and follows six basic principles of finite and infinite, minimum and maximum, tangible and intangible, symbol - creating, lever fulcrum and eyeball economy.
