Some Considerations of Constructing Classroom Culture in Higher Vocational Education

课堂文化是课堂教学中最深层次的元素,它影响和支配着课堂教学改革的深入开展。当前,高职院校的课堂文化建设中存在着一些问题,职业文化核心价值的传播还不充分。为此,我们应加强教师培训,提高教师的职业文化素质,树立以高职精神为核心的课堂文化育人观,以校企课程文化引领课堂文化的发展,积极探索高职院校课堂文化建设的路径。

In current situation, to promote the level of classroom culture in higher vocational education, we should improve the professional quality of teachers. A new path should be explored to construct classroom culture in higher vocational education. We should engage in fostering right viewpoints in education and develop new classes to bridge school and company.
