力竭运动后大鼠海马bFGF及其受体FGFR1表达的变化

摘要 运用文献资料、实验、数理统计等方法对力竭运动后大鼠海马CA1区bFGF及其受体FGFR1的表达情况进行研究。结果表明:1.bFGF免疫组化结果显示:海马中bFGF阳性表达强度在E1组较C组有非常显著性升高,E2组有非常显著性下降,E3组有非常显著性上升,E4有非常显著性下降。2.FGFR1免疫组化结果显示:海马中FGFR1阳性表达强度在E1组较C组有非常显著性升高,之后各组均呈显著的下降趋势。得出结论:1)一次性力竭运动能够引起大鼠海马bFGF在神经元损伤阶段的高表达,提示bFGF可能与运动性中枢疲劳的消除有关。2)一次性力竭运动能够引起大鼠海马FGFR1在神经元损伤阶段的高表达,并且在恢复阶段末期下降,证实了FGFR1可能辅助bFGF参与对神经元的保护作用。3)一次性力竭运动后bFGF与FGFR1大体上呈明显的正相关,提示FGFR1有促进bFGF表达的功能。 The article aims to research bFGF and its receptor FGFR1 expression in hippocampal CA1 region after exhaustive exercise of big rat through the literature, experimental, mathematical statistics. The results show that: 1. The immunity group result of bFGF shows that, there is remarkable differences in group E1 after exercising group of big rats hippocampuss bFGF masculine gender expression intensity and C group's; it have a obvious go down group E2, have a obvious go up group E3 and have a obvious go down group FAo 2. The immunity group result of FGFR1 shows that, there is remarkable differences in group E1 of big rats hippocampuss FGFR1 masculine gender expression intensity and C group's; each group after it have a sig- nificant downward trend . Concluded : 1. The one-time exhaustive exercise can arouse the high expression of bFGF in neuron's restoration and the damage of big rat hippoeampus's neuron,it points us out that bFGF maybe related to the exercising nerve center fatigue's restoration, it have a obvious go up after 24h, speculate it associated with Delayed neuronal damage. 2. The one-time exhaustive exercise can arouse the high expression of FGFR1 in neuron's restoration and the damage of big rat hippocampus's neuron and it has a decline in the last period of restoration, Confirmed the receptor of Basic fibroblast growth factor can protective neuronal by bFGF. 3. bFGF and FGFRI showed significant positive correlation in general after one-time after exhaustive exercise, suggesting that FGFR maybe promote the function of expression about bFGF.
