体育传统项目学校排球运动开展现状调查——以山东省临沂市学校为例

Research on the Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Traditional Volleyball Event School in Linyi of Shandong Province

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地观察法等方法,对临沂市排球项目学校的现状进行调查分析,发现排球项目学校存在地域分布不均衡、学历结构有待提高、接受训练的年龄较大、参加正式比赛的次数太少和训练经费不足等问题。提出了拓宽地域分布格局,增加高质量的排球项目传统学校;完善教练员薪酬制度,改善教练员工作待遇;切实增加经费来源,多渠道增加训练和比赛经费等对策。

This thesis aims at researching and analyzing the recent condition of volleyball schools in Linyi by the technique of literate, questionnaire survey and field observation to find problems in it and the solution, looking forward to providing refer- ence for the harmonious and alternative development of volleyball schools.
