基于水位差条件下的月亮泡水库洪水资源化分析

Analysis of Moon-lake Reservoir floodwater resource utilization based on water level difference

月亮泡水库为洮儿河与嫩江的连通水库,利用其堤坝内外水位差引蓄嫩江洪水,可以解决多年来月亮泡水库蓄水不足与丰富的过境水量未能充分利用这一矛盾。通过统计水位差大小、集中时段,分析月亮泡水库和嫩江相应断面的汛期水位的规律,基于此统计规律提出了月亮泡水库洪水资源利用模式,并通过2003年的引洪实践结果进行了论证分析。

As a reservoir connecting Taoer River with Nenjiang River, Moon-lake Reservoir stores floodwater from Nenjiang River based on water level difference, so as to solve the conflict between insufficient water storage and abundant passing water. Based on statistical data of water level difference and concentrated period, the authors ana- lyzed the law of flood-period levels of Moon-lake Reservoir and Nenjiang River at corresponding cross-section, and put forward the floodwater resource utilization mode for Moon-lake Reservoir thereafter. Practice in 2003 had demonstrated the feasibility.
