Water and power construction enterprises, especially the state-own enterprises are confronted with difficult after-hydropower era and fierce competition, so effective transformation is inevitable. The author analyzed the current status, existing problems, opportunities and challenge of water and power construction enterprises, and explored the enterprise transformation methods and strategic directions.
