猪瘟病毒通用型RT-LAMP方法的建立与应用 被引量:2

摘要 本研究根据猪瘟病毒(CSFV)基因组的NS5B基因片段,设计了4条针对NS5B基因6个位点的RT-LAMP扩增引物,建立的方法能特异性地检测出CSFV,而PRV、PPV、PRRSV、PCV、FMDV等病毒扩增结果均为阴性;该方法与猪瘟荧光RT-PCR方法相比,特异性无明显差异,敏感性高10倍;另外,该方法耗时短,只需1h,操作简单,不需要PCR仪等特殊仪器,扩增产物可通过肉眼观察、或加入荧光染料在紫外灯下观察特异性荧光、也可通过凝胶电泳检测,因此适合从临床病料中快速准确检测出猪瘟病毒感染情况,适合推广应用于基层和野外现场。
