一种耐高温耐油密封材料

摘要 利用聚醚酮、改性聚四氟乙烯、改性玻璃纤维、氧化锌及石棉纤维为原料,使用自制的便携式垫片制作装置。将制作的垫片安装在特种导热油循环管路的法兰上,用烟气监测仪检测密封性。实验结果表明,当物料质量百分数分别为:聚醚酮28%、改性聚四氟乙烯26%、改性玻璃纤维7%、氧化锌23%及石棉纤维6%,导热油温度350℃,压力≤0.5MPa时,未检测到有导热油漏出。对比不锈钢缠绕垫、特种耐油石棉垫,此复合材料的垫片更适合特种高温导热油的密封。 With polyetherketone(PEK), modified polytetrafluoroethene(PTFE), modified glass fiber, zinc oxide and asbestos fiber as raw material, we use the self-made portable gasket production device to produce gasket. The gasket is installed on the flange of the detecting device pipeline specially crafted with high temperature oil. the flue gas is used to monitor the sealing ability. The experimental results show that no leakage of heat conducting oil is detected under the following conditions: ketone 28%, modified PTFE 26%, modified glass fiber 7%, zinc oxide 23% and asbestos fiber 6%, conducting oil temperature of 350 ℃, the pressure ≤ 0. 5 MPa. Being compared with both the stainless steel gasket spiral wound gasket and the special oil resistant asbestos mat, this material is more suitable for special high-temperature heat-conducting oil sealing.
