摘要
采用响应面分析法(Response Surface Analysis,RSA)优化菊苣根总苷提取工艺。以齐墩果酸为对照品,采用单因素试验,建立了菊苣根总苷提取的最佳工艺。结果表明,菊苣根总苷的最优提取工艺为:乙醇浓度80%,料液比1∶25,浸提时间提取5h,浸提温度70℃。菊苣根总苷提取率为8.27%。通过响应面优化法得出的回归方程具有一定的实践指导意义。
To optimize the extraction process of the total glycosides of chicoryroots, the responsesurface analysis method is used. Taking the oleanolic acid as sample for the single factor experiment, we optimize the extraction conditions, and the results show that the conditions are as following: 80 ethanol concentration, the ratio of material to liquid 1 : 5 hours. The extraction productivity is 8.27%, which 25, temperature 70 ℃ and immersion duration means that the method is simple and feasible.
