摘要
论文以某些高校图书馆为例,将该图书馆馆员划分为九种人格类型。在此基础上,构建了多维度个体特征与工作绩效的研究模型;研究了九型人格视域下的个体差异与工作绩效及其各维度之间的关系。研究结果表明基于九型人格论划分的馆员个体差异与工作绩效之间存在明显的相关关系,并进一步明确此关系的具体表现形式。
Taking some university libraries for example, this paper divides librarians into nine personality types basing on the enneagram theory. It constructs a research model about the multidimensional individual characteristics and job performance, studies the relationship between the individual differences and work performance. The results of the study show that there is a clear correlation between the personality and iob performance, and further define the relationship by a specific form of expression.
