摘要
笔者选取南京某高校作为调查样本,在该高校图书馆网站上发布调查问卷对师生进行了为期三个月的随机调查。调查问卷分别涉及被调查者的基本信息、移动服务的使用环境、对移动服务的需求三个方面。本次调查一共回收有效问卷1485份。通过调查数据统计分析笔者发现移动互联服务对高校图书馆提出更高要求,需要关注用户微体验,深化服务内容,丰富服务形式,拓展服务范围。
The author selected one college in Nanjing as a sample, in which the University Library Website questionnaire to teachers and students for a period of three months was spread for the random survey. The questionnaire respectively relates to respondent＇s basic information, mobile service environment, mobile service demand three respects. The survey recalled a total of 1485 valid questionnaires. Through the investigation and statistical analysis of data, the author found mobile Internet service to college library put forward higher requirements, and it is needed to pay attention to user＇s micro experience, deepen the service contents, rich service forms, and expand the scope of service.
