摘要
为了优化工艺条件,从红树林植物银叶树(Heritiera littoralis Dryand.〕树叶中提取具有抗癌生物活性的黄酮。采用传统的溶剂提取法,用乙醇为溶剂,用紫外可见分光光度法在最佳吸收波长为510 nm处对提取液中黄酮含量进行测定,考察了溶剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间和料液比这4个单因素对黄酮提取率的影响。在单因素条件基础上,建立L9(34)正交实验对黄酮的提取条件进行了优化。实验结果表明:乙醇浓度60%、提取温度70℃、料液比1 g∶30 mL、提取时间2h,该条件下黄酮的提取率达6.68%。
To optimize the process of extracting flavone with anti-cancer bioactivity from the leaves of mangrove heritiera littoralis dryand, this paper adopts the traditional solvent extraction, uses ethanol as the solvent, measures the flavone content of the extract when the optimum absorption wavelength is 510 nm under uv-vis spectrophotometry, inspects the impact of the four single factors namely ethanol concentrate, extraction temperature, time and solid-liquid ratio on the extractiong rate of flavone. Based on single factor and the orthogonal design of L9(34), the extracting conditions are optimized. The experiment indicates that when ethanol concentrate is 60% , extraction temperature is 70℃, the solid-liquid ratio is lg: 30 mL and the time is 2h, the extraction rate of flavone reaches 6.68%.
