摘要
在分析兰州市地质灾害滑坡数据基础上,确定了概率量化值、降雨量、区域降雨滑坡预警、预警阀值、预警分析方法,改进了V—逻辑回归模型,创建了一种地质灾害滑坡预警预报模型。并在此基础上结合WebGIS开发了兰州市地质灾害气象预警系统,实现了地质灾害滑坡预警预报及成果发布。经实例检验表明,该模型能为政府职能部门提供精确及时的减灾防灾对策支撑。
Based on the geological hazard landslide data of Lanzhou City, the probability quantify value, rainfall, regional rainfall landslide warning, warning threshold and warning analysis methods are determined, V-logic regression model is im- proved, a geological hazard warning and forecast model is created, and combining with WebGIS a geological hazard meteorological warning system of Lanzhou City is developed, so that the information can be released for early warning. Instance test shows that the model can provide government departments with accurate and timely disaster reduction and prevention countermeasures,
