体育师范生职业技能训练课程体系与培养模式的建构 被引量:5

摘要 随着基础教育课程改革的不断深化,体育新课程改革不仅对在职的体育教师提出新的、更高的要求,也使未来的体育教师面临着挑战。高等师范院校作为培养体育教师的摇篮,应主动与新课程改革相衔接,对现有的职业技能训练课程体系与培养模式进行改革,建构新课程背景下体育师范生职业技能"多层次、全程、一体化"培训新模式和包括教育类通识课程、专业方向课程、教师职业技能训练课程、教育实践课程四个模块的新的课程培养体系,培养学生具备适应体育新课程改革要求的职业技能。 With the deepening of the basic education curriculum reform, new sports curriculum reform not only raises new and higher requirements to in-service PE teachers, but also lays challenges to future PE teachers. As a cradle of cultivating PE teacher, Teachers College should take the initiative to link up with new curriculum reform, carry out reform of the existing voca- tional skills training curriculum and training mode, and construct the new muhi-level, whole-program and integrated training mode of vocational skills, and new curriculum including four modules in terms of educational core curriculum courses, specializa- tion courses, teacher' s vocational skills training courses and educational practice courses for PE normal students in the context of new curriculum, and cuhivate students with vocational skills meeting the requirements of new sports curriculum reform.
