基于绿色供应链管理的绩效评价指标体系研究

On the Performance Evaluation Index System Based on Green Supply Chain Management

绿色供应链管理作为一种新型的管理理念和方法,可以有效地提升资源利用率及降低对环境的破坏程度,提高经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。本文运用元分析方法,在对涉及供应链绩效评价相关文献综述的基础上,从六个方面考虑绿色供应链的绩效水平:经济竞争力、技术竞争力、环境效益、客户服务、业务流程、信息沟通,以期建立绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系。

As a brand-new management concept and method, green supply chain management can effectively improve the utilization of resources, reduce the degree of damage to the environment, and promote economic efficiency, environmental and so- cial benefits. Element analysis is used on the literature review concerning the performance evaluation of supply chain, and its performance level is determined on six respects in terms of economic competitiveness, technological competitiveness, environmental benefits, customer service, business processes and information communication to establish the performance evaluation index sys- tem of supply chain.
