慢性精神分裂症认知功能缺损的临床研究

Clinical research the disability of cognitive function in chronic shcizophrenia

目的 :调查慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能缺损的有关因素。方法 :应用 MMSE、HDS、BPRS、SANS、SAPS测定患者的认知水平和精神症状严重度。结果 :19.6 1%患者有认知功能缺损 ,与文化程度较低、年龄较大、病程较长、住院时间较长、阴性和阳性精神症状的严重度等密切相关 (P<0 .0 5～0 .0 0 1)。结论 :患者的认知功能缺损是长期患病和精神衰退的结果。

Objective:To investigate the relevant factors about cognitive function disability in chronic shcizophrenia.Methods:To determine the patient's cognitive level and their degree in clinical symptom.Results:19.61% patients were cognitive function disability and there closely related to the poor education,age,long term sickness,long term inpatient,severe degree in positive and negative symptoms.Conclusions:The patients'cognitive function disability resulted from the long term inpatient and depression. [
