摘要
基于图形化编程软件LABVIEW,设计了一套新型混合动力汽车上位机平台。针对并联式混合动力汽车系统开发过程中的转矩分配和电池SOC控制这两大核心问题,设计了发动机和电机效率点追踪、能量流动画显示和路况统计3种功能,以提高控制策略的开发效率。利用控制器快速原型dSPACE系统搭建了虚拟台架,对上位机平台的上述功能进行了试验验证。结果表明,所设计的上位机平台不但能很好地满足混合动力系统开发的需求,而且其功能设计和良好的人机界面为控制策略的测试、改进和直观演示提供了便利。
A host platform for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is designed software LABVIEW. Aiming at two core issues in the development process of parallel with the graphic programming HEV (torque distribution and battery SOC control), the engine and motor efficiency point tracking, energy flow animation display and road condition statistics three functions are designed for improving the development efficiency of control strategies. Meanwhile a virtual test bench is built with controller rapid prototyping dSPACE system and a test is performed to validate the above-mentioned functions of host platform. The results show that the platform designed not only well meets the requirements of HEV system development, its functions and friendly user interface also provide great convenience for testing, improvement and demonstration of control strategies.
