摘要
为对任意结构型式的车辆传动系统进行性能分析,研究了基于超图理论的车辆传动系统建模方法。在对超图建模法的基本原理与步骤进行阐述的基础上,通过将传动部件的元件映射为超图模型的顶点,元件间的物理连接映射为超图模型的边,构建了典型部件的转速、转矩超图模型;引入虚顶点,将传动系统的输入与输出分别映射为超图模型的源点与目标点,建立了整个传动系统的转速、转矩超图模型。基于深度优先搜索算法,对传动系统的转速超图模型进行拓扑运算,实现了传动系统挡位的自动化分析。
For the performance analysis on any structural type of vehicle transmission system, the modeling of vehicle transmission system based on hypergraph theory is studied. After the basic principle and procedures of hypergraph modeling are expounded, the hypergraphs model for the rotation speed and torque of typical transmission components are constructed first by mapping the parts of transmission components into the vertices of hypergraph models, while mapping theirs physical connections into the edges of hypergraph models. Then with the virtual verti- ces introduced, the input and output of transmission system are mapped into the source and target vertices of hpyerg- raph models, and the speed and torque hypergraph models for the complete transmission system are built. Finally based on the depth-first search algorithm, the topological manipulations on rotation speed hypergraph model are carried out, realizing the automated analysis on shifting gear of transmission system.
