摘要
航空用永磁同步电机泵是一种可用于多电飞机电液作动系统(EHA)中的新型机、电、液一体化高度集成的新型液压能源系统。该电机泵具有结构高度集成,高功率密度等特性。针对航空用永磁同步电机泵,应用MagNet有限元分析软件建立了其三维整机模型及三维对称模型。研究了该电机泵磁场分布,分析了三维整机模型及三维对称模型在磁场研究中的不同应用。同时,分析了电机泵的端部效应在三维仿真与二维仿真中的差别。
The permanent magnet synchronous motor pump in aircraft which can be used as the electro-hydraulic actuator system (EHA) of the more electric aircraft is a kind of new hydraulic energy systems with machine, electricity, liquid integrated highly. Its structure is integrated highly and it has high power density. In this paper, 3D whole motor model and 3D symmetric model of straight stick slot form of permanent magnet synchronous motor pump were established by MagNet. The magnetic field distribution of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was discussed. The 3D whole motor model and 3D symmetric model in the study of the magnetic field in the different application was analyzed. Meanwhile, the difference of edge effect of the straight slot motor pump in the 3D and 2D simulation was analyzed.
