摘要
功能食品产业是一个新兴产业,在我国有着广阔的市场。我国的功能食品产业正在走向成熟,但是目前在功能食品监管中存在的诸多问题却成为制约产业发展的重要因素。本文分析了目前我国功能食品管理体制、法律法规、市场管理等方面存在的主要问题及其成因,针对所存在的问题从科学高效监管体制的建立、法律法规体系的完善等方面提出加强功能食品监管的对策、建议。
The functional food industry is an emerging industry with a vast market in China. China＇s functional food industry is maturing, but many of the problems in the regulation of functional foods had become an important factor in restricting industrial development. The main problems of functional food management system, laws and regulations were analyzed in this paper and some of suggestions were given to improve management of functional food industry.
