摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定白酒中的氨基甲酸甲酯和氨基甲酸乙酯。其HPLC条件为:色谱柱,Luna 5u NH_2 100A(250 mm×4.60 mm i.d.,5μm,Phenomenex公司);流动相,乙腈:水=80:20(体积比);流速0.8 mL/min;检测波长195 nm;柱温20℃;进样量20μL。样品采用氨基固相小柱萃取净化、氮吹浓缩处理。结果表明,氨基甲酸甲酯和氨基甲酸乙酯在0.1μg/mL~20μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.992 3和0.981 1。平均回收率为85.00%和84.22%,RSD为6.7%和6.1%。
A HPLC method has been established for the determination of methyl carbamate and ethyl carbamate pesticides in liquor. The chromatographic conditions are as follows : Column of Phenomenex-Luna 5 μ CN 100 A (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm),and mobile phase was acetonitrile:water=80:20 (volume ratio),flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,wavelength was 195 nm,column temperature was 20℃ and the injection volume was 20 μL. The liquor samples were treated by SPE (solid phase extraction,NH2) and then concentrated by nitrogen-blow. Results showed that the standard curves of methyl carbamate and ethylcarbamate was linear over the quality range of 0.2 μg/mL-20 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient r were 0.992 3 和0.981 1. The average recovery of methyl carbamate and ethylcarhamate were 85.00% and 84.22%, RSD were 6.7% and 6.1%.
