摘要
采用电子束对含有氯霉素和磺胺间甲氧嘧啶的鸡肉进行辐照处理,考察了两种药物在辐照下的降解情况。结果表明,鸡肉中氯霉素在电子束辐照下产生了显著降解,经4 kGy剂量电子束辐照后,残留浓度为5.42 mg/kg的氯霉素降解率已达89.7%,而低浓度氯霉素的降解更加容易;磺胺间甲氧嘧啶降解效果较差,残留浓度为1.17 mg/kg的磺胺间甲氧嘧啶经10 kGy剂量电子束辐照后,降解率仅为34.2%,水溶液中磺胺间甲氧嘧啶降解较为容易。两种药物的降解率均随辐照强度的增大而增高。
Chloramphenicol and sulfamonomethoxine in chicken were irradiated by high energy electron beam, and the degradation of them were studied. The results showed that electronic beam irradiation could significantly degrade the chloramphenicol residue,the degradation rate could reach 89.7 % when 4 kGy radiation dose was selected. Sulfamonomethoxine in chicken was comparatively difficult to be degradated, the degradation rate was only 34.2 % at a dose of 10 kGy, whereas sulfamonomethoxine in water could be degrated chloramphenicol and sulfamonomethoxine, the degradation rate improved with the increasing reduced with the incresing drug concentration. easily.
