摘要
本文扼要论述生物油脂酯-酯交换催化剂国内外的最新研究现状,并对酶催化剂的优缺点进行了论述,同时对均相和多相化学催化剂的优缺点进行了分析,指出了存在的问题及今后的研究方向。
This article was briefly dealt with overseas and domestic research status of biology oils ester-ester interesterification catalysts. The advantages and disadvantages of enzyme catalysts,homogeneous and heterogeneous chemical catalysts were reviewed and analyzed. The existing problems were pointed out and the directions of the research development in the future were presented.
