摘要
合成了铜(Cu)-噻吩-2-甲醛缩L-蛋氨酸亚胺-1,10-邻菲啰啉(phen)三元配合物,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、核磁共振及TG-DTG等手段对其结构和化学组成进行表征,确定其化学组成为[CuL(Phen)(H2O)].Ac.2H2O(L:C10H12NO2S2)。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱、粘度测试研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用,结果表明,配合物与DNA之间通过插入作用结合。
A novel copper (II) triple complex was and thiophene - 2 - formaldehyde - L - methionine imine, synthesized with cupric acetate, 1,10 - phenanthroline (phen) which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrometry, UV- Vis spectrometry, 1H NMR and TG- DTG, and its structure was confirmed to be [ CuL(Phen)(H20)] Ac 2H2O( L = C10H12NO2S2). The interaction of the Cu( 11 ) complex with DNA was investigated by UV -Vis spectrometry, fluorescence spectrometry and viscosity test. The results showed that the combination of the Cu ( II ) complex with DNA was through intercalation mode.
