蛋白质吸附量与Cu/LDPE复合材料中铜含量的关系

The Relationship between the Adsorption of Protein and the Copper Content in Cu/LDPE Composites

摘要 利用注塑成型法制备得到了Cu/LDPE复合材料,并研究了浸泡在牛血清白蛋白溶液中的Cu/LDPE复合材料表面的蛋白质吸附量与复合材料中铜含量的关系。蛋白质吸附量随着铜含量的增加出现两个极大值,铜含量为30%~35%时蛋白质的吸附量出现最大值。在铜含量相同的情况下,Cu/LDPE微米复合材料表面吸附的蛋白质比Cu/LDPE纳米复合材料多。 Cu/LDPE composites were obtained by the injection molding method. The relationship between the ad- sorption of proteins on the surface of the Cu/LDPE composites and the copper content in Cu,/LDPE composites was investi- gated. The results showed that with the increase of the copper content, the adsorption quantity of proteins appeared two peaks. When copper content was 30% -35%, the adsorption quantity of proteins was max. With the same copper content in the composites, the adsorption of proteins on the surface of microcomposites was larger than that of nanocomposites.
