超细材料CuO-In_2O_3-TiO_2的制备与表征

摘要 以金属盐、硼酸和钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用硬脂酸凝胶法制备出了共掺杂纳米CuO-B2O3-TiO2材料,采用XRD、TEM、TG-DSC、FT-IR、等表征手段研究了该纳米材料的形成过程、颗粒形态及晶相组成。结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高,X射线衍射峰逐渐变窄,峰强增加,粒径增大,锐钛矿的百分含量减少,CuO及In2O3的掺杂促进了锐钛矿向金红石的转化。 Nanoparticle CuO -Al2O3 -TiO2 was successfully synthesized via a stearic acid gel method followed by heat -treatment. The photocatalyst was characterized by means of X- ray diffraction( XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis ( TGA), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and FT - IR. The results showed that with the increase of calcinations temperature, X- ray diffraction peak gradually narrowed, peak intensity increased and particle size increased. At the same time, the dopant CuO and In2O3 promoted the transformation of anatase to rutile, eventually led to the reduction of the content of anatase phase.
