青蒿对某硅厂周围污染土壤的重金属富集特性 被引量:1

摘要 采用火焰原子吸收法考察了某硅厂周围土壤重金属污染情况及青蒿对重金属的富集特性,结果显示:在硅厂周围的土壤受到重金属不同程度的污染,硅厂的下风向(E)的污染程度高于下风向的垂直方向(N)。其中Ni的污染达到国家土壤环境质量标准GB 15618-95的三类土壤标准属于重度污染,Cr、Cu在500 m以内属于二类土壤标准,此外Mn、Mg、Fe的含量也较高。青蒿中不同重金属的含量不同,总体是Mg>Fe>Mn>Cu>Cr>Ni>Pb,各元素含量的多少与土壤中的各元素的含量及青蒿对不同的元素的富集系数呈正相关。青蒿同一植株的不同部位对同一元素的富集能力又不相同:Ni、Fe、Mn、Mg的含量叶>根>茎;Cr的含量根>茎>叶;Cu的含量根>叶>茎;Pb的含量为叶>茎>根。 The enrichment characteristics of heavy metals in one silicon factory polluted soils for Herba Artemisiae An- nuae was by flame atomic absorption method. The results showed that in the silicon factory surrounding soil was polluted by the metal in different degrees. The silicon factory next wind (E) pollution level was higher than that of the vertical di- rection (N). Ni reached the national standard GB 15618 -95 three kinds of soil standard belongs to the severe pollution, Cr, Ca in within 500 m belongs to type soil standard, in addition, Mn, Mg, Fe content was also higher. Different element content was different, and the overall was Mg 〉 Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Cu 〉 Ni 〉 Cr 〉 Pb. Each element content was positively correla- ted with the content in soil and different enrichment factors. Different parts of the same plant to the same element enrich- ment capability was not the same. Ni, Fe, Mn, Mg content was root 〉 stem 〉 leaf, the content of Cr was root 〉 stem 〉 leaf, the content of Cu was root 〉 leaf 〉 stem, and the content of Pb was leaf 〉 stem 〉 root. Herba Artemisiae Annuae can be used as Pb element pollution repair plant.
