丙烯酸2-乙基己酯生产中丙烯酸转化率的影响因素

摘要 丙烯酸2-乙基己酯是由丙烯酸和2-乙基己醇在一定条件下合成的。本文基于2万t丙烯酸2-乙基己酯生产装置,根据实际生产经验,分别分析了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂、温度对丙烯酸转化率的影响。分析结果表明,在实际生产中,醇酸摩尔比一般控制在1.05左右,催化剂加入量一般控制在25~35 kg/h,温度一般控制在(85±2)℃。 2 - Ethylhexyl acrylate was synthesized with acrylic acid and 2 - Ethylhexanol at certain conditions. According to actual production experience of the 20000 ton 2 - Ethylhexyl acrylate plant, the influence of acrylic acid's conversion rate by alcohol - acid mole ratio, catalyst and temperature were analyzed. The results indicated that in the actual production, alcohol - acid mole ratio was controlled at around 1.05, the addition of catalyst 25 - 35 kg/h, and temperature controlled at ( 85 ±2)℃.
