摘要
综合性实验和设计性实验的是高校深化实验教学改革,提高实验教学质量,改革实验教学模式,适应人才培养需要的重要措施。其目的是培养学生的综合设计能力,提高学生的学习主动性和创造性,激发学生的认知能力、组织能力和开拓创新的意识。本文从教学内容和方法、实验室管理及师资队伍建设等方面对生物专业人才培养模式进行探索与研究,建立了综合型创新型的人才培养模式。
Comprehensive design experiment was an important measure which can continue experiment education reform, improve experiment education quality, reform model of experiment education and fit for personnel training. The aims of comprehensive design experiment were to cultivate the integrated design capacity, arouse students' initiative in study and their creativity, to improve cognitive and organizing ability and to exploit innovation. From the aspects of teach- ing contents and methods, laboratory management and construction of teachers to explore and research on biological profes- sional talent training, a comprehensive and innovative talents training mode was established
