摘要
目前,传统本科生的培养课程和科研对学生的实际要求存在较大的差距。本文从消除这一差距的角度出发,以镍-铜共催化的苯乙炔自身氧化偶联制备共轭二炔为目的,设计了一个科研中常见的项目,涵盖了选题;查阅资料;设计、优化方案;搭建、监测反应及体系后处理;分离纯化及分析等阶段,完整地实践了科研实际中的典型环节。
Currently, there was a gap between the traditional undergraduate courses and the requirement of the "re- al" scientific research. To eliminate this gap, this program based on the Ni - Cu co - catalyzed homo coupling of phenyla- cetylene was designed, which covered from the selection of a subject, reference inquiry, scheme design and optimization to the execution and monitoring of experiments, and the post treatment of the system, isolation, purification and analysis of the final product, and would help the students to practice the typical steps in research.
